I love food. I spend my time cooking, going to restaurants, reading cookbooks and watching MasterChef and Chef’s Table. This love of food led me to complete a commis chef apprenticeship at Westminster Kingsway College which involved going to college 1 day a week and working in a Michelin-starred restaurant for a year and a half. I currently work as a demi-chef de partie in restaurant in a 5-star hotel in central London.
Frendia London is a platform for my food writing and photography. I have written pieces for Foodepedia and Asian Culture Vulture, and am open to various food opportunities; contact me via email email@example.com or on Instagram @frendialondon.
My blog is named after the three countries that have influenced me the most:
FRance: I studied French and Management at university which involved a year abroad in Paris. I love the language and the food ❤
ENgland: I’m a born and bred Londoner. No city compares ❤
InDIA: I’m Indian – my grandparents moved to the UK from a village in the west of India called Gujarat. Jalebi fixes most of my problems ❤
Thanks for visiting 😊
